PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, our shipping and receiving team pulls your order. Our current processing time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is prepped for shipment, we purchase tracking and insurance on every order that we ship. We know it's not fun to pay shipping costs, but we don't want to take any chances of losing your package.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-5 business days after orders are processed and shipped. International orders could take up to 7 business days to receive.
In rare exceptions please note that your order may take longer depending on the situation. We always try to order to you as quickly as possible, as we know how excited you are to receive it, but there are very few times when shipping is delayed because of circumstances out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
To initiate an exchange, please email our team at hello@tymestyle.com within 30 days of receiving your package (NOT excluding business days). When you inquire about an exchange, we will ask you to send pictures and/or a video of the device to determine the issue at hand. If the iron is defective, we would then send you a UPS label to initiate your exchange. If your iron is deemed not defective after inspection, we reserve the right to send the iron back to you without an exchange. Once again, You have 30 days to reach out in order to qualify for ANY exchanges (all irons purchased after February 6th, 2024).Â
To initiate a refund, please email our team at hello@tymestyle.com within 5 days of receiving your package. To qualify for a refund your iron must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging. You DO NOT qualify for a refund if you reach out after the 5 day window of receiving your package, or if the iron is not new, unused and in original packaging.Â
If you would like an exchange for any reason other than a faulty iron, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, as well as any customs or duties taxes that may apply to your country.Â

 We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time should those changes be required for a successful technological and legal operation of this site. You should check these Terms of Use regularly for such changes.
